Return Policy

Conditions for Returns:

Product Condition:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all original components, including packaging.

Proof of Purchase:

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with the return request.

Return Process:

    Reach out via email at hello@littlecreative.ae or WhatsApp to initiate the return request. Provide the order details and reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Number:
    We will issue a Return Number and provide instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return the Product:
    Pack the product carefully in its original packaging, including all components, and send it to the address provided by customer service.

  4. Shipping Fees:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  5. Processing and Refund:

    • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the return status.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
